Little Muddy Boots Isle of Wight opened it’s garden gates at Calbourne Water Mill for their fun-filled launch party on the 27th August 2022.
There was plenty to keep everyone entertained and it was great to see the adults and little ones getting stuck into planting the flowers in the new raised beds – all ready for the children to care for during their classes over the coming months.
There were some nature-inspired craft activities for the children too where they could make their own flower bracelets and clay faces to take home with them. It was lovely to see how enthusiastic and creative all the children were.
There were also some giant bubbles, which were a big hit, and of course the ever popular Little Muddy Boots campfire on which roasted marshmallows were enjoyed by all!
It was a fantastic event and lovely to meet some of the local families and see the children all getting stuck into our new garden.
How can we join a class?
Little Muddy Boots Isle of Wight classes start on the 5th September 2022 at Calbourne Water Mill. Weekly sessions (booked in half term blocks) are available 9.30-10.30am on Mondays and Fridays. The classes are suitable for children aged 1-6 years old. PAYG Saturday morning classes are also available.
