This May, Little Muddy Boots brought the magic of mud pies, natural art, and mindfulness to the Royal Windsor Horse Show 2025 and it turned out to be one of the most popular family stops of the weekend!
A Stunning Setting
Set against the stunning backdrop of Windsor Castle, the show combines world-class equestrian sport with plenty of community spirit. And while the horses dazzled in the arenas, over at the Little Muddy Boots stand it was the mud kitchens and horse-themed crafts that stole the spotlight.
Mud Kitchens Steal the Show
Children flocked to the mud kitchens, where imagination ran wild as they mixed, poured, stirred, and created their own muddy masterpieces. The laughter and concentration that filled the space was infectious and parents loved seeing their children immersed in such simple, creative outdoor play.
Creative Crafts
We also introduced some brilliant horse-themed crafts, giving children the chance to make, create and take home their own equestrian-inspired treasures. For many families, our space became a welcome pause in the busy excitement of the show – a chance to rest, reset and enjoy some calm, hands-on fun together.
Learning and Growing
Alongside this, families also enjoyed seed planting and learning about pollinators, discovering how Little Muddy Boots encourages children to grow, explore, and care for the world around them. Many left with happy smiles, muddy boots and fresh ideas to try at home.
